We build meaningful, supportive friendships. We heal from heartbreak and walk in wholeness. And we pursue growth across every area of life, not just the spiritual parts.<\/p>\n<h2>Friends Like Sisters<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lorraineledwards.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/aeafe9442cc106b3bae0480e5d57a14a545d6ec4c745a3e38de8f14e02abe5cc.jpg\" alt=\"Two women hugging indoors and smiling\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Friends like sisters, heart to heart, bound by love, though miles apart.<br \/>In every laugh, in every tear, their presence makes the world less drear.<br \/>Through trials faced and joys we share, their strength reminds us they are there.<br \/>No blood between, yet still we find a deeper bond, of soul and mind.<br \/>They lift us up when we are low, and celebrate each time we grow.<br \/>With them, we&#8217;re never truly alone, for friends like sisters feel like home.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.&#8221; Matthew 18:20<\/p>\n<h2>What We Believe<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prayer changes things, and no woman has to carry life&#8217;s burdens alone.<\/li>\n<li>Wholeness is for every woman, in every season of life.<\/li>\n<li>Growth happens best in sisterhood, with honesty, accountability, and love.<\/li>\n<li>God has a purpose for your life right now, not someday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How We Began<\/h2>\n<p>On December 26, 2023, Lorraine released her devotional, Pray It Forward: For Women Who Choose to Fight on Their Knees, a 62-day fasting, prayer, and praise guide for women interceding for the men in their lives. On January 1 she went live on YouTube and invited the women who had the book to walk the journey with her. She called those 15-minute morning messages Battle Charges, because God was equipping them to fight in prayer. Women joined live and on replay, they made it through all 62 days together, and when the book was finished, nobody wanted to stop. The Sunday Zoom calls began. The sisterhood was born. God created something nobody planned, and P.R.A.Y.I.N.G. Sistas has been growing ever since.<\/p>\n<h2>Meet Lorraine<\/h2>\n<p>Lorraine Edwards is the founder of P.R.A.Y.I.N.G. Sistas and A SINGLE Mission. She is a speaker, author, podcaster, and certified life purpose and relationship coach with more than 30 years in ministry. Her heart is simple: she has spent her life making sure women do not feel alone. Through this community, her books, and her speaking, she helps women of faith embrace the life they have while preparing for all God has for them next.<\/p>\n<h2>Our Commitment to Each Other<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>God: We honor God in our plans, words, actions, and attitudes.<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality: What happens in P.R.A.Y.I.N.G. Sistas, and who is a member, stays in P.R.A.Y.I.N.G.
